Get Started: On this page Use SmartSearch to locate article or books.  You may also find tutorials and other research guides for additonal resources.
Healthy Behaviors: Physical Find overview resources, articles, videos, and web resources on diet, exercise, and more.
Healthy Behaviors: Emotional Find overview resources, articles, videos, and web resources on self-esteem, mental health, and well-being.

Mar. 21: Research tip! Try not to search in phrases or sentences like you would on Google. Instead, focus on just the most important keywords for your topic.

Mar. 16: Great news everyone! You can now login to access online Library resources using Single Sign-On (SSO). On the Library's authentication screen, simply click the SSO button to get logged in.
