The Academic Success Center (ASC) provides a variety of resources for writing, math, and more through holistic tiers of support that include individualized synchronous and asynchronous coaching support, small group sessions, 24/7 Ask a Coach service, ASC Chat, and website resources. All coaches in the ASC have either completed their doctoral or J.D. degrees or are currently pursuing that degree. Visit the Academic Success Center.

The Graduate Studies Support Center (GSSC) Alumni Navigators are here to assist scholars with any questions or concerns on how to navigate their way around NU. The Navigators will assist and support you with finding balance, understanding feedback, breaking down assignments, and much more. The Math Center's mission is to help students build confidence as they develop quantitative reasoning skills through interactive, collaborative, and individualized online sessions. The goal is to help students become more effective, confident, life-long learners through critical thinking, self-observation, and application of sound quantitative principles and strategies. 60-minute appointments are available through Zoom seven days a week. The Writing Center’s mission is to coach students in all stages of the writing process through collaborative, interactive, and individualized online sessions. The goal is to help students become more effective, confident, life-long writers through critical thinking, self-observation, and the application of sound writing principles and strategies. 40-minute online consultations are designed to help demystify the writing process.
