Having trouble logging in to the National University Library to access our online resources? The questions below may help. If you answer "NO" to a question, click on it to learn more.

You must be currently enrolled as a student at National University, or a member of our faculty or staff, to access the Library's online resources. Alumni must purchase an Alumni Library subscription.

If not, you may be trying to log in to an online resource without going through the Library. To access our online resources for free, please go through the Library's homepage. To see an example of the login screen, click here.

National University students, faculty, and staff must use the Single Sign-On option to log in to the Library. Then enter your username and password just as you would to access SOAR or your online classes. If you are an alumni, you will use the alumni login option.

Your student status may have been changed to "discontinued" if you have not enrolled in a class within the past 12 months, even if you are still in the process of completing a class. When this happens, your Library account is cancelled. Please contact us so that we can find a solution.

Still can't log in? Please email the Library at refdesk@nu.edu. Thank you!
