Student Concierge Services is a comprehensive knowledge-based solution center for National University students available seven days a week from 7:00am to midnight.
Student Concierge Services Advocates address a broad-range of areas related to: Single Sign On/Login support, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar, and Graduation for National University System and Affiliates. Our unique support hours were created to embrace the student lifecycle to proudly offer students timely, efficient and effective service via phone, chat, and email seven days a week, from 7am to Midnight PST(excluding major holidays).
